0800 appt for brakes..Mike said about 2hrs..at 0920 he called my name, said it was done..same thing happens with an oil change..in at 0800 and out by 0850..oil chgd, multi point done, tires rotated and checked for 50lbs pressure..the service department gets me in and out in a vert timely manner

I used this dealership service department in the past and have had no problems and quick service. This round, I had to leave my car overnight and take a loaner home. No problem and was glad they had the loaner. The parts came the next day and were installed and I came up to pick up my car. To be told I may have an oil leak, maybe in a seal somewhere and they gave me an estimate of $1200 to repair...in the future. I'm flipping out! My car has NEVER leaked oil the entire time I've owned it. I asked why they thought this and the answer was there was some oil on the floor after they took off a part to inspect. I am truly hoping that by fixing one part it lead to another issue. So far so good. No oil leaks to report since I got it home. If this was a scare tactic to get another service done. This is wrong! They lost any future business with me or my family.
